Wake-up service, available in my studio suite, was a nice bonus. Its location was stunning, so close to a green and good cared garden as well as the restaurants. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. I enjoyed the hotel overall.

Tidy room plus with nice views. The location amazing and stunning in a nice garden away from the noise of the city. Based close enough to the taverna.
Beds were horribly hard.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and beautifully furnished. The attention to detail in the design was impressive. The view from the hotel was amazing, and I loved the peacefulness of being away from the noise of the city. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The on-site Italian restaurant was a big plus, with delicious pizzas and pastas to enjoy.
Nothing for me.

We explored the Kaluger's Cave and it was so dope! We followed the marked path and felt like adventurers! The swings in the garden were perfect for chillin' and reading our favorite books while surrounded by nature. It was the ideal hangout spot for us teenagers!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier social scene. We wanted more activities for young party-going people, like a cool hangout area or maybe even a DJ playing some sick beats.

The preserved original furniture and antique carvings in the Arbanashki Han complex helped me forget the modern times and immerse myself in the spirit of Bulgarian Revivalism architecture and culture. It was like stepping into a time machine, experiencing the charm of the past years.
No hand towel hook near the sink.

We recently stayed at Villa Arbanashki Han for a relaxing weekend getaway. The rustic furniture and cozy atmosphere in our maisonette apartment made us feel right at home. The staff, from the receptionist to the cook and waiter, were extremely polite and the food at the designated restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed the solitude of being the only guests and the beauty of the snowy village. The highlight of our stay was the clean and enjoyable sauna in the apartment. The location brought back childhood memories and the Bulgarian restaurant on site offered great food.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The taverna was in a great location, nestled on a hill amidst a beautiful garden, providing a serene escape from the city noise. Plus, it was conveniently located just across from the Italian restaurant, making it easy to indulge in delicious cuisine. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and offered a nice view, while the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff added to the pleasant experience, providing great service throughout our stay. the location and ambiance of the taverna were definitely standout features.
There was one downside we encountered during our stay: the lack of cleanliness in the sauna. The spiderwebs inside made it an unpleasant experience, and the overall cleanliness of the floors and other areas was not up to par.
